Terms and Conditions of Sales

1. Service Costs

  • Gas Connection Services: AED 2000
  • Fire Fighting Services: AED 2000
  • Combo Package (Gas + Fire Fighting Services): AED 3000
  • Make Your Own Combo Package: Custom pricing based on selected services

2. Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)

  • An AMC is mandatory for all services to ensure ongoing safety, compliance, and optimal performance of the systems.
  • AMC costs will be determined based on the specific services and package selected.

3. General Terms

  • All prices are subject to VAT as per UAE regulations.
  • The subscription services are available to villa owners and restaurant operators within the UAE.
  • Service charges are payable upfront before the commencement of services.
  • The customer is responsible for providing access to the premises and necessary permissions for installation and maintenance work.
  • Any additional work or equipment not covered in the initial agreement will incur extra charges.

4. Maintenance and Support

  • The AMC includes periodic inspections, routine maintenance, and emergency support.
  • Any repairs or replacements needed during the AMC period will be carried out promptly to ensure continuous operation.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Subscription services can be canceled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no services have been rendered.
  • After the initial 14 days, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.

6. Liability

  • SERGAS Group UAE will not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the misuse or unauthorized alteration of the installed systems.
  • The customer must adhere to all safety guidelines and operational instructions provided by SERGAS Group UAE.
