Refund Policy
Introduction:
We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review our refund policy below.
Eligibility for Refunds:
Service contract can be terminated we offer refunds If the maintenance excluding spare parts /emergency service was not delivered as per the initial plan, please contact us for resolution.
Customer have the right to terminate the service agreements with 30 days notice period.
Maintenance service is prepaid and the service contract will be provided at the time of approval of payment.
Sergas have all the right to terminate the contract and offer a refund in case the gas/fire protection system is not complied with local authorities requirements.
Exclusions:
Certain items are non-refundable, including:
- First maintenance service provided: the customer can’t request for a refund as the service already started and PPM plan was established.
- External party maintenance: If the customer hired another service provided to cover our agreed service as per the contract terms and conditions
Refund Process:
- Step 1: Contact us within 3-5 of receiving your service confirmation at Marketing@sergas.com with your order details and reason for the refund request.
- Step 2: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with instructions on returning the item or resolving the issue.
- Step 3: Once we receive the returned item, or verify the issue, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Timeframe:
Refund requests must be submitted within 3-5 days of receiving your service confirmation. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after approval.
Refund Method:
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
